配送ポリシー

We use USPS and UPS to ship all orders.

Orders within the USA typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary between 5–30 business days depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 7 days (USA) after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@habit-control.com with your name and order number.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. We strongly recommend checking your local tax and import policies before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us, the refund will be issued excluding shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
