We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not installed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is requested due to a change of mind, the item no longer being needed, or ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for a shipping costs, and the refund will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@habit-control.com.

Worldwide:

We ensure the quality of our products during shipment. However, please note that we do not offer a free 30-day return policy like in the USA.

If you receive a defective or malfunctioning item, we offer exchanges or refunds based on video evidence provided by the customer.

For returns due to change of mind, no longer needed, or ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including return shipping), and any refund will exclude original shipping fees. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities or customs.
